Poison Spyder Limited Lifetime Warranty
Poison Spyder protects the fabricated armor products it sells and distributes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal installation and use.
*A NOTE ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED PRIOR TO 2026
Poison Spyder products bought prior to the year 2026 will require a case-by-case analysis for warranty. However, we want to try our best to support our customers both past and current, so if your product falls under this constraint, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page and select the support category of "Warranty Claim (Pre 2026 product)". Products bought in the year 2026 and beyond will be covered under the Poison Spyder Limited Lifetime Warranty and any claims can be made through our normal warranty claims process.
Spydershell™ Armor Coat Finish Coverage
- 5-Year Warranty - Powdercoat finishes on standard-use products are covered or five (5) years
- 1-Year Warranty – Powdercoat finishes on products designed for heavy contact with terrain—such as frame-mounted rocker protection, skid plates, and inner-fender protection—are covered for one (1) year
- This finish warranty does not apply to scratches, chips, or damage cause during installation, impact damage, or normal wear and tear.
Coverage & Remedies
At the discretion of Poison Spyder, defective products may be repaired or replaced. Written authorization must be obtained from Poison Spyder prior to any warranty claim being serviced. Unauthorized repairs or modifications immediately void all applicable warranties.
Warranty coverage is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Poison Spyder does not provide reimbursement for labor, removal/reinstallation, shipping, or other incidental expenses. All returned products are subject to inspection by Poison Spyder before a claim is approved.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Accidents,on-road or off-road hazards, or impact damage
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Racing or competition damage
- Chemical exposure (e.g., road salts, de-icing agents, cleaning chemicals, corrosive substances)
- Extreme environmental conditions (e.g., prolonged moisture, UV radiation, highly corrosive climates such as coastal or winter road environments)
Terms & Conditions
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
- Coverage eligibility and remedies are determined solely by Poison Spyder.
- Product design, specifications, and finishes are subject to change without prior notice
- Poison Spyder reserves the right to discontinue product lines and provide equivalent remedies for discontinued products.
- Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Poison Spyder. All other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are expressly disclaimed.
Legal Rights
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
