Resale Certificate Upload* In order to comply with Nexus State Tax Requirements, we need a STATE RESALE EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE for each state you plan on being exempt from sales tax in. Follow the link below to find the State form you need to use (not all states listed). The RESALE EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE is different than a Business License/Certificate, Retail Sales License, Sales Tax Permit, Reseller/Seller's Permit, W-9, etc. and generally must include the name of the supplier (Artec Industries) in the form. Some states require a new form filled out each year. Additional documentation such as a Business License or Sellers Permit should be uploaded. This should be official documentation that you are a business and indicates you are intent on reselling aftermarket automotive products.

By submitting a dealer application and/or participating in the Dealer Program, the applicant (“Dealer”) agrees to the following terms:

Accuracy of Information
Dealer certifies that all information provided in the application, including business details, ownership, contact information, and tax documentation, is accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate denial or termination of Dealer status.
Approved Shipping Use
Dealer agrees that purchases made through the website are for resale through Dealer’s own business operations only. Orders must be shipped exclusively to the Dealer’s approved business shipping address on file. Use of the website or Dealer pricing to drop-ship products directly to Dealer’s customers, or use of multiple shipping addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the Dealer Program.
Physical Business Location Requirement
Dealer must operate a legitimate physical business location. Online-only retailers, marketplace sellers, or home-based resellers without a verifiable commercial location do not qualify. Dealer must provide acceptable proof of business location upon request.
Tax Compliance
Dealer must provide a valid resale certificate for state tax documentation. Dealer is solely responsible for complying with all tax reporting and collection requirements under applicable laws.
Program Eligibility & Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any dealer application at our sole discretion and for any reason.
Program Participation & Inactivity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Dealer status due to inactivity, misuse of the program, violation of these terms, or behavior that is inconsistent with the brand’s business policies.
Program Termination
We may revoke Dealer privileges at any time if these terms are violated. Upon termination, Dealer must immediately cease representing itself as an authorized dealer.
